Built near a wooded area in Dilovası, the single-story housing development is one of Alyans Prefabrik’s residential-scale prefabricated building solutions. The identical housing units were lined up to create an orderly settlement in harmony with the natural surroundings.

Each home features light-colored prefabricated wall panels, a gable roof and a covered porch at the entrance. Natural stone-clad plinths give the buildings a solid and warm appearance, while a stone wall surrounding the site completes the unity of the settlement.

The single-story layout gives residents direct and easy access to every living space. The spacing between the homes gives each unit its own outdoor area, while large window openings let the interiors make efficient use of daylight.

The design, production, shipping and installation stages were carried out in line with Alyans Prefabrik’s end-to-end project approach. Completed in a short time thanks to controlled factory production and fast installation, the Dilovası Single-Story Housing Development Project is one of the successful examples of prefabricated systems in mass housing applications.
