The container buildings delivered for UNTD in Arnavutköy are one of Alyans Prefabrik’s modular solutions for large-scale construction site living quarters. As part of the project, a camp was created to meet the accommodation and social needs of a large number of workers.

The camp’s main buildings are long blocks created by joining container modules on three floors. Light-colored panel facades, dark steel frames and diagonal bracing elements give the blocks a durable, cohesive look. The site also includes a two-story prefabricated building.

External steel staircases at the ends of the blocks provide independent, safe access to the upper floors. Windows in every module let the rooms benefit from natural light and ventilation, while the wide spaces between the blocks allow service vehicles to move around freely.

Production, shipping and assembly were carried out in line with Alyans Prefabrik’s integrated project approach. Installed and put into service in a short time, the UNTD Arnavutköy container buildings are a successful example of high-capacity construction site living quarters.
