The 2400 m² sandwich panel production facility and office built in Sancaktepe is one of Alyans Prefabrik’s wide-span building solutions for industrial facilities. It was designed so that production operations and administrative units could run within the same building with an uninterrupted, efficient workflow.

The roof uses a truss system made of galvanized steel profiles. Lightweight yet offering high load-bearing capacity, this system creates wide, uninterrupted interior spaces without the need for intermediate columns, giving the production area flexible use for machine layout and material handling.

Insulated, light-colored sandwich panels were chosen for the exterior walls, and the upper section of the building was finished with panels in a different shade to give the facade a balanced look. In the office section, ribbon windows running along the facade let the interiors make efficient use of daylight, while sandwich panel partitions and PVC doors create separate work areas inside.

With a total usable area of 2400 m², the facility was planned to bring together a production hall, storage areas, offices and staff facilities. Preparing the steel structural system and panel elements in a controlled factory environment significantly shortened the on-site assembly time.

Design, production, shipping and assembly were carried out in line with Alyans Prefabrik’s integrated project approach, and the project was delivered on September 17, 2026. With its wide-span steel structure and functional layout, the 2400 m² Sancaktepe Sandwich Panel Production Facility and Office is a successful example of fast-to-build industrial facility solutions.
