52 m² Prefabricated WC & Shower Unit

The 52 m² prefabricated WC and shower unit is designed to meet toilet, shower and washbasin needs at construction sites, factories, social facilities and busy project sites. Thanks to its spacious floor area, multiple sanitary sections can be planned in an orderly, functional way within the same building.

The interior layout can be arranged according to user capacity, the number of WCs and showers, and the project’s requirements. The prefabricated structural components are prepared in the factory, shipped to the project site and quickly assembled once the necessary foundation and utility work is complete.

The 10 cm thick exterior wall system helps protect the building from outdoor conditions and supports thermal insulation. Interior walls use 6 cm thick panels as standard, with a 10 cm wall option also available depending on project requirements.

Double-glazed white PVC windows help bring natural light into the interior. American-style interior doors provide practical passage between the WC and shower sections, while the steel exterior door creates a durable, secure entrance. Concealed electrical and plumbing installations give the facility a neater look.

Shower trays, toilets, washbasins and faucets are supplied as a package. The roof is covered with painted galvanized sheet, with metal roof tiles or shingles available as options. Silicone-based exterior paint and latex interior paint give the building a clean, simple look.
