The 125 m² prefabricated office building delivered for Scania in Gebze was designed to create the workspace needed within the facility quickly and in an orderly way. Positioned next to the existing facility buildings, the structure was installed without disrupting the company’s daily operations.

Assembly was carried out by erecting the prefabricated panel system on a previously prepared concrete slab. The insulated wall panels were joined with galvanized connection profiles, and interior partitions created separate office spaces, door openings and restrooms. PVC windows on the facade keep the workspaces bright and airy.

Because the panels were prepared to size at the factory, on-site assembly time was kept short, and the dry assembly system minimized dust and waste on the facility grounds. The building was designed with the flexibility to be expanded or moved to a different location if needed in the future.
